The Opportunity
Solutions Consultants demonstrate how Adobe’s customer experience solutions address technical and business challenges for clients and prospects. This technical presales role requires a strong background in customer engagement technologies, including data management, journey orchestration, marketing automation, decisioning, and analytics. Through compelling discussions, presentations, and demos, you simplify complex concepts and act as a trusted advisor to marketing and IT leaders on Adobe Experience Platform and its applications. A key focus is applying Adobe’s AI and agentic strategy in pre-sales cycles, helping enterprise clients understand the value of our AI capabilities and how our differentiated agents enable them to achieve business goals.
What you'll Do
- Serve as a Technical Driver, guiding solution strategy and technical vision, connecting solutions across the ecosystem, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and long-term technology strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and technical pre-sales ecosystem to deliver compelling, industry-specific, customer-centric presentations on Adobe’s data, experience management solutions, and AI agents
- Deliver seamless, cross-solution demos across the portfolio
- Build strong technical expertise in Adobe Experience Platform, its applications, and AI capabilities
- Stay informed on experience management trends, insights, and competitive landscape
- Keep up to date on generative AI and new technologies impacting the data and experience ecosystem
What You Need To Succeed
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant or in a similar customer-facing role within enterprise software
- Demonstrated proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to lead strategic conversations, executive meetings, and large-audience presentations in both languages. Portuguese language proficiency is a plus.
- Proven ability to present to senior executives and larger audiences with clarity, confidence, and strong executive presence.
- Deep knowledge of Adobe data solutions, or related data solutions in the experience management space.
- Strong grasp of AI trends and agentic strategies, with the ability to translate them into business outcomes
- Ability to communicate complex platform-level ideas and concepts effectively
- Experience or high-level knowledge of Adobe content and planning solutions is a plus
- High degree of emotional intelligence, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to quickly absorb new concepts
