Requirements
- Develop and foster value-based relationships with new and existing North American SMB customers.
- Drive Up-sell & Cross-sell initiatives by prioritizing accounts with the highest propensity to buy.
- Complete Marketing Qualified Leads with a defined SLA to increase revenue.
- Research customer contracts and purchasing history to identify expansion opportunities.
- Manage the opportunity pipeline with timely updates to management on progress and outlook.
- Collaborate with Solution Specialists to expand the footprint of Adobe Solution streams like Adobe Sign, Substance, Stock, and Frame.io.
- Engage with supporting functional teams to resolve customer issues related to their Creative Cloud Subscriptions.
