As an Account Executive, you will be an expert in selling ActivTrak. In this role you will:

  • Acquire new customers and expand relationships with existing customers.
  • Develop and execute against the territory plan.
  • Provide superior customer service throughout the full sales cycle with a consultative approach.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships within our organizations.
  • Lead meetings with prospects and design client presentations, web demonstrations and proposals to illustrate the value of ActivTrak.
  • Utilize Salesforce to set daily activities and accurately forecast opportunity pipeline.
  • Work closely with Solution Consultants and others in the business to build pipeline and close deals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a quota carrying sales role with demonstrated achievement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
  • Must be incredibly self-motivated and possess a sense of urgency and desire to lead .
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively.
  • Experience with a high call volume, fast paced phone sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals by phone while maintaining established sales quotas.
  • Experience leveraging MEDDPICC in the sales cycle.
  • Experience with SFDC.
  • Ability to understand sales numbers and manage to daily metrics.
  • Ability to make adjustments to maintain deal velocity and momentum.
  • Ability to understand and communicate business concepts.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business issues and requirements and be creative in suggesting new approaches.
