We’re looking for a highly motivated Graphic Designer with a passion for Direct Response creative and a strong grasp of what it takes to scale winning ads. You’ll help build and iterate ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Display—fueling an ad budget in the tens of millions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of design experience (agency, startup, or in-house)
- A clean, fun design aesthetic with a strong understanding of typography and layout
- Experience building creative for paid media channels—especially Meta and TikTok
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
- Familiarity with motion graphics, short-form editing, and repurposing content for various formats
- Interest or experience in performance marketing—knowing what makes someone stop, click, and buy
- Proficiency in tools like G Suite, Slack, Dropbox, and Asana
- Ability to work quickly, stay organized, and iterate based on creative data insights
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where creative drives growth
