Job Description: Manage development of integration solutions and publish technology points of view on real time and batch integration techniques. Manage system design, ensure that business requirements are met, and provide guidance to the team. Lead Oracle Developers/Specialists Teams in developing integration solutions involving Batch Integration. Analyze CNSI programs to understand the resource demands for Oracle SOA Suite; onboard and mentor new hires of the team, and monitor resources to ensure the programs are successful. Manage HIPPA compliance of the data handling of CNSI programs. Work together with vendors in other Medicaid Enterprise Systems to integrate with CNSI’s MMIS (Medicaid Management Information System) Solutions. Manage the Advanced Support and Maintenance of operational systems for assigned subsystems across multiple projects. Collaborate with business users, technical, and functional team members to understand and define functional requirements.

Job Requirements: Job requires Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and 5 years of experience in any occupation involving Medicaid Systems Implementations. Position requires 5 years of experience with the following: Experience with Middleware Applications [including Oracle SOA and SOB Suite] within a large-scale environment to support application integration; Integrating with Managed File Transfer tools such as Oracle MFT, Cornerstone MFT or MOVEit; Ensuring HIPAA-compliant management of PHI and PII data utilizing EDI transactions; Developing applications using Java, PL/SQL, Shell Scripts, Perl, and Batch Scripts; Operating systems Unix, Linux and Windows and file transfer protocol’s such as FTP, SFTP, SFTP, and SCP, and; Integrating with multiple vendors in Medicaid Enterprise Systems.
