Accurx is a healthcare technology company that is changing the way the NHS communicates with patients. They are seeking a People Data & Reward Analyst to work on a 6-month contract, focusing on establishing robust reward processes, delivering people analytics dashboards, and supporting the implementation of a new AI-powered HR system. The role requires strong data analysis and reporting skills, as well as experience working with HR/People systems and project management.
Requirements
- Strong data analysis, reporting and visualisation skills
- Experience working with HR/People systems, ideally including involvement in a system implementation
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with GDPR and data privacy requirements in a People context
