To succeed in this mission, we are looking for a Security Governance, Risk and Compliance Specialist to join our team and lead our efforts in maintaining a secure and resilient IT environment.
Your mission :
Security Dashboard Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain a centralized security dashboard to provide insights into the organization's security posture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key security metrics and KPIs for inclusion in the dashboard.
GRC Support:
- Assist the head of GRC in the implementation and maintenance of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
- Participate in risk assessments, compliance audits, policy management activities and security awareness.
Security Analysis:
- Conduct ongoing analysis of security data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential threats.
- Generate reports and recommendations based on security analysis for the GRC team and leadership.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including BU, IT, compliance, and risk management, to ensure a holistic approach to information security.
- Provide support in the development and enhancement of security policies and procedures.
Incident Response:
- Contribute to incident response activities, providing analysis and support during security incidents.
- Collaborate with the incident response team to improve incident detection and response capabilities.
Qualifications
About you :
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in information security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in information security, with a focus on GRC and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with GRC frameworks, risk management methodologies, and security analytics. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in dashboard creation tools and technologies.
- Solid understanding of security principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration.
