As a network engineer, you play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of an organization's network and server infrastructure. You are responsible for providing technical support, maintaining security, managing a team, and continuously improving the infrastructure to meet the needs of the organization.
Your mission:
Responsible for managing projects related to your area of expertise, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.
Mentoring and coaching junior team members, sharing your technical knowledge, and providing guidance and support.
Responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues that cannot be resolved by junior team members.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Documenting technical processes and procedures, ensuring that knowledge is captured and shared across the organization.
Collaborating with other IT teams and stakeholders within the organization to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
About you:
- At least 6 years' experience as a network engineer
- Initial experience in the hospitality industry
- Process management skills based on the ITIL framework
- CCNA or CCNP certification would be a plus
- Experience in critical troubleshooting, particularly in the relevant field of activity.
Softskills :
- Fluency in English and French
- Customer service skills
- Excellent language skills
- Understanding of ITIL framework
- Ability to communicate effectively with end-users and other team members at various levels.
