As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Acclaro, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting for specialized roles, partner with hiring managers, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally with specialized searches
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience
Fully proficient in English and comfortable working in a global, remote environment
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Tech-savvy and adept at using recruiting tools and platforms
Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and manage multiple priorities effectively
