Sr. Recruiter - Loan Mortgage

As a Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, partner closely with hiring managers, and build and engage diverse technical talent pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Full-cycle recruiting experience supporting corporate functions
• Mortgage industry experience is a plus
• Strong sourcing expertise building diverse pipelines through multi-channel and platform outreach
• Proficiency with recruiting systems and tools such as Workday, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Fluency in English to effectively support candidates and stakeholders
