Requirements
- 5+ years of Full-cycle recruiting experience supporting corporate functions
- Mortgage industry experience is a plus
- Strong sourcing expertise building diverse pipelines through multi-channel and platform outreach
- Proficiency with recruiting systems and tools such as Workday, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Fluency in English to effectively support candidates and stakeholders
