THE WORK:
- You'll possess the ability to lead proposal related tasks and assignments under the supervision of Pursuit Managers and Senior Pursuit Coordinators.
- You'll have strong organizational and time management skills required to coordinate multiple tasks with overlapping deadlines (sometimes across time zones).
- You'll create writing templates for all pursuits within defined area of supervision.
- You'll contribute to activities or campaigns leading up to the proposal such as targeted marketing campaigns or public relations campaigns.
- You'll identify improvements in processes and departmental efficiency.
- You'll conduct other duties and tasks as assigned.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'll NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications or related field – or qualified relevant experience in lieu of a formal education.
- 1-2 years of experience coordinating proposals for State, Local, and Higher Education clients (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry)
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).

- Grasp of technical skills required for database management.
- Professional and proactive work ethic.
