Requirements
- Demonstrated academic expertise and experience in GEDSI and disability equity strategy development
- Proven experience conducting GEDSI stocktakes, assessments, or strategic reviews
- Strong understanding of DFAT disability equity and GEDSI policy frameworks
- Practical experience developing disability programming tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in Papua New Guinea, the Pacific, or comparable contexts (desirable)
