As a Specialty Representative - GI Care, you will execute brand strategy and tactics in the field, manage assigned territory, and build strong customer relationships to maximize short and long-term sales performance. You will operate within AbbVie's business code of conduct and policies, and handle objections and concerns to gain logical calls to action.
Requirements
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives
- Create pre-call plans and execute post-call evaluations to continuously improve sales performance
- Build trusted customer relationships and achieve win-win agreements between AbbVie and customers
- Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers and identify, develop, and maintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates
- Proactively identify customer style/behavior and adapt selling approach
- Operate effectively in a matrix environment and influence others as a credible and respected role model
- Meet health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements
