Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT MSP, ITSM, or IT Manager
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Engineer
- Experience working with SaaS companies
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies
- Familiarity with software and front-end development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
