1Password is looking for a VP of Workforce Architecture & Total Rewards to help shape the company's people function for the next decade. The role involves setting the strategic vision for workforce planning, organizational design, and total rewards. The successful candidate will lead a team of 15-20 professionals and serve as a trusted advisor to the C-suite.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of HR leadership experience
  • Proven track record leading organizational design and transformation
  • Deep domain expertise in total rewards, particularly compensation design and benchmarking in competitive tech markets
  • Demonstrated experience owning and implementing HR systems and processes at scale
  • Experience operating in a global role, managing programs and teams across multiple countries and jurisdictions
