The Total Rewards team at Raytheon is seeking an Associate Director, Total Rewards to serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on all aspects of Total Rewards, including compensation strategy, pay decisions, and program design. The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation and/or benefits programs aligned to business strategy and market competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on all aspects of Total Rewards, including compensation strategy, pay decisions, and program design
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation and/or benefits programs aligned to business strategy and market competitiveness
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure consistent application of pay practices, governance, and policies across the organization
  • Conduct and interpret market analyses to inform pay positioning, structure design, and competitive strategy
  • Support annual compensation processes and provide guidance on complex or sensitive pay decisions
  • Drive initiatives to optimize workforce affordability, including labor mix, pay progression, and cost management strategies
  • Translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
  • Lead or contribute to enterprise-wide Total Rewards projects, including system enhancements, process improvements, and new program development
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal governance standards
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering strong technical expertise and business acumen
