This role will manage global hiring processes, develop strategies to attract and engage top professionals, and help foster a positive work culture to ensure long-term success.
As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and securing highly skilled designers and creatives, ensuring the company continues to thrive as a leading remote design agency.
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Colombia time)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a creative agency or global hiring environment
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring creative professionals across multiple regions
- Experience working with international talent pools and understanding different hiring markets and cultural nuances
- Strong proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job posting tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment
