We are a leading multi-modal OTA (Online Travel Agency) in Asia. Our company is headquartered in Singapore with its main office located in Bangkok. We provide online booking services for all sorts of transportation ( trains, buses, ferries, flights, transfers ), visas, hotels, and day trips to customers from all over the world.
Working Hours: 5 days a week/ 8 hours a day.
(2 days off, not necessarily Sat and Sun)
12Go is growing our support team to handle customer requests.
We are looking for people willing to work remotely.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints via email.
- Amend, reschedule, and cancel trips per customer requests.
- Track bad reviews and support cases to identify problems, resolve and prevent them.
- Perform other duties and special assignments related to the customer support procedures.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience with customer support.
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Other languages are a plus.
- Ability to learn and operate big volumes of information.
- Problem-solving skills
- Emotional intelligence
- Ability to make decisions and take full responsibility for them.
