At Colliers International Georgia, I’m the sole technical partner responsible for architecture, development, infrastructure, and delivery across four live production systems serving the Caucasus market. I also participate in business valuation work, contributing to compensation assessments across hundreds of properties.
I built Atlas, a real estate intelligence platform serving Colliers analysts in Yerevan, Baku, and Tbilisi. Its AI assistant answers market questions from live listing data, while the platform processes listings across three markets and 26 property categories.
For a Road Department of Georgia valuation project, I developed Vigil to coordinate inspection compliance across more than 1,500 properties. I also serve as Project Control Officer, checking data quality across 20+ sectors before it passes to the master valuation file.
On the SGScooter client project, I implemented the scooter’s TCP/IoT protocol and connected it to a production sharing platform, including geofencing and payment flow. I’ve also released three production-grade Laravel templates publicly on GitHub.
