I’m a Project Manager and Software QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in software testing and project management for web, mobile, and AR/VR applications. I focus on ensuring software quality and delivering projects on time through Agile methodologies and cross-team collaboration.

In my current role, I manage software development projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction. I coordinate between developers, designers, and clients, define scope/timelines/milestones, track progress, mitigate risks, and oversee change requests through formal change management.

I also lead execution and quality workflows by maintaining project documentation, delivering status reports, and supporting release planning, scheduling, and deployment activities. I’ve applied Agile and Kanban principles to visualize work and keep project flow smooth.

Previously, as a Software QA Engineer, I designed and executed test plans and test cases for functional, regression, and UAT needs across multiple environments. I built and maintained automation frameworks using Selenium-WebDriver, tracked quality metrics like defect density and test coverage, and used tools like Jira to identify, document, and drive defect resolution with developers.
