I founded The Contract Desk, India's annotated legal template library, building 77 Indian-law documents across company formation, compliance, employment, commercial contracts, and data privacy.
Since 2022, I've run an independent contracts and compliance practice, drafting and reviewing 100+ NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, employment, SaaS, and service agreements for clients across India, the UK, the US, and Australia, with zero reported dispute-related issues.
