I'm looking for a role where I can contribute strong customer service, team leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills while taking on new challenges and continuing to grow.

At Costa in Cork, I lead daily store operations, train team members, resolve customer concerns, and use upselling and promotions to exceed sales targets. I bring hands-on experience delivering efficient, welcoming service in fast-paced environments.

Previously, I managed application and website operations at Shanghai Shizhuang Information Technology and supported software development projects at Communication Software Technology. I'm completing an MSc in Computer Science (Interactive Media) at University College Cork, where I've built Swift iOS applications, an AI fitness website, and interactive projects using programming and data analytics.
