At SHV Energy, I defined a group-wide, board-endorsed data and analytics strategy and designed governance standards and an operating model that shift ownership into the business. I’m also leading the build of an AI-ready data foundation and established a Data & AI Academy for business users, data practitioners, and leadership.
At Nationale-Nederlanden (NN) Insurance International, I owned a data transformation strategy across 10 countries, with a budget of up to €4M. The work improved customer retention and new business by double digits, reduced redundant data development by about 30%, and cut time-to-insight by approximately 35–40%.
Earlier, at SAS Institute, I built the SAS Adriatic Data & AI consulting practice to more than 20 people and advised C-suite clients on data strategy, analytics, and AI. My experience spans financial services, energy, and consulting, including multi-country transformation, data governance, BI, and responsible AI adoption.
