I've built backend modules for booking, marketplace, and educational platforms using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery. My work spans booking availability, pricing, reservations, catalogues, carts, orders, inventory, and payment workflows.
On a booking platform, I implemented configurable availability buffers, timezone and DST-aware overlap handling, a five-state booking lifecycle, Redis caching, Celery workflows, and 50+ unit and API tests. I also optimized PostgreSQL slot searches with range-based filtering and GiST/tstzrange indexing.
For marketplace and education products, I've applied DDD, Clean Architecture, CQRS, Repository, and Unit of Work patterns to keep business logic maintainable. I enjoy owning backend modules, improving reliability through idempotency and testing, and collaborating on feature delivery and code review.
