In my most recent role, I owned backend development end-to-end as the first full-time engineer, from discussing requirements and architecture through implementation, deployment, and production support.
I designed and built a healthcare chatbot and patient screening system for clinical trial recruitment, using OpenAI and trial- and clinic-specific context. I also built appointment workflows and integrations for patient data exchange, as well as an event-driven patient engagement system for personalised SMS, reminders, and visit confirmations.
Earlier in my career, I worked on integrations with external data sources, backend functionality for a local SEO platform, and custom e-commerce systems.
