At Direct Care Home Health Services and Premier Health Group, I build AI-assisted patient intake, eligibility, and review workflows for healthcare operations. My production intake system processes referral, patient, and nurse-recorded data in under a minute and reduced reviewer validation time from about five minutes to 52 seconds per case.

I combine deterministic rules with schema-validated LLM outputs, human-in-the-loop review, audit logging, and replay-based evaluation. I also built AWS-based eligibility verification that reduced checks from roughly three minutes to 15–30 seconds while eliminating next-day manual portal lookups.

Beyond healthcare, I've built a RAG real estate email assistant and fine-tuned RoBERTa for Reddit emotion classification, using Python, FastAPI, AWS, LangChain, FAISS, Kafka, and PySpark.
