I am a Registered Nurse with over three years of clinical experience who now focuses on content and creative writing in health and lifestyle domains.

I have delivered direct patient care including medication administration, post‑natal monitoring, wound care after C‑sections, antenatal and post‑natal education, and routine vital signs monitoring.

Alongside clinical work, I coordinated a youth-led waste management program, educating 300+ students, designing workshops, writing grant proposals, and producing impact reports.

I combine strong communication, research and ICT skills (WordPress, Microsoft Office) with analytical experience in quality control, hazard analysis and risk management to produce accurate, audience-tailored content under deadlines.
