What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a junior cloud or DevOps role with opportunities to grow in cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform operations.

I'm building practical cloud and infrastructure experience through Azure-hosted Wazuh labs, deploying Windows and Ubuntu endpoints, monitoring logs and alerts, and troubleshooting agent and network connectivity.

In AppleCare Technical Support at Teleperformance, I provide remote support in a high-volume environment, guide users through structured troubleshooting, document interactions, and follow escalation procedures. Previously at Optum, I validated more than 200 electronic records daily while investigating discrepancies, maintaining data integrity, and escalating exceptions.

I'm pursuing a B.S. in Cloud & Network Engineering at Western Governors University and hold CompTIA A+ and ITIL 4 Foundation certifications. I'm seeking a junior cloud or DevOps role where I can grow in cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform operations.
