I’m a computer assistant programmer and analysis professional who combines hands-on IT support with development and problem solving. Across my roles, I’ve focused on keeping systems stable, supporting users, and completing daily operational tasks reliably.

In my computing roles, I worked as a Help desk specialist handling “apoio ao banco,” controlling and maintaining the bank’s IT equipment, and supporting end-user needs. I also performed operational closing routines using O AS400, including global saving and backups to keep critical data protected.

Before that, I strengthened my technical and customer-facing capabilities through computer equipment operations and customer support. I maintained computers and peripherals (printers, scanners, copiers), installed and configured software and network printers, supported camera installation, and created promotional materials like panfletes and business cards.

I bring strong technical foundations from my Licenciatura em Tecnologia de informação / Analise and development de software, plus continued growth through web creation and related coursework. My skill set includes programming (C++, Java, C#, SQL), database and tooling (Oracle, Access, NetBeans), and practical digital workflows in design and media, backed by good communication, leadership, and a quality-focused work ethic.
