Dionisio Kicongo

At Huambo Expresso, I assisted with day-to-day IT tasks and support for company equipment and systems. I also carried out basic hardware and software maintenance to help keep equipment operational.

I supported logistics activities and helped organize operational records and stock-related information. I maintained documentation for process follow-up and accurate information handling.

In a LAN Network Practical Project, I created a sample small-office LAN design with an IPv4 addressing plan. I documented configuration concepts for routers and switches, VLAN segmentation, DHCP, and connectivity checks; this was a practice project, not a client deployment.

I also designed the StockFlow Angola Excel stock-control workbook concept for recording stock movements, calculating balances, identifying low-stock items, and presenting key indicators. I’m seeking an entry-level Help Desk or Service Desk role, including remote opportunities.
