Ziad Waleed

I am a Machine Learning Engineer with a strong foundation in computer science, currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree at Helwan University. My passion for artificial intelligence drives me to develop innovative solutions that leverage machine learning and deep learning techniques. I have successfully completed various projects, including a Retrieval-Augmented Generation system for stock market analysis and an Arabic-to-English machine translation model, showcasing my ability to apply advanced algorithms to real-world problems.

In my recent internship at IEEE-FCAI, I gained hands-on experience working with diverse machine learning and deep learning models, enhancing my skills in data analysis and problem-solving. As the Vice-Director of the Machine Learning Committee at IEEE-FCAI, I lead initiatives that promote collaboration and innovation within the community. My dedication to continuous learning and improvement is evident in my achievements, including winning 1st place in a Computer Vision Hackathon, where I developed a CNN model that achieved a remarkable accuracy score.
