I’m a law student with experience researching, verifying, and updating judicial proceedings, supported by strong analytical skills and careful attention to detail. I’ve consistently focused on accuracy, effective communication, and delivering reliable results even under pressure.

In my Database Assistant role, I conducted legal research and verification through legal platforms and databases, registered and created case records, and validated information against client documentation. I also reviewed case activities and updated procedural movements to ensure records were current, preparing legal actions such as notifications and court orders when information was unavailable or outdated.

At Concentrix, I’ve combined service and quality work in healthcare: managing authorization requests for Cigna members, verifying patient eligibility and medical benefits, coordinating with providers and internal teams, and analyzing medical claims and billing inquiries. In my current Sr. Quality Evaluator position, I run call audits for Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, design improvement plans, produce quality reports and performance metrics, lead calibrations and training workshops, and coach outliers while coordinating with the client to update quality indicators.
