I’m a UX Analyst who partners with product teams to solve real user problems through structured research, clear analysis, and practical design thinking. I’ve focused on improving student and subscriber experiences by connecting insights to measurable outcomes.

In my current role at Z/A Studio (September 2023 - present), I conduct competitive analysis to strengthen class structure and student experience. I also run UX research and user interviews to understand retention drivers, analyze findings, and support decisions that reduce retention. I present insights in executive meetings and help shape improvements, including a marketing strategy that increased conversion rates by 30%.

At Sling TV (Oct 2021 - May 2023), I collaborated with product management, engineering, and marketing to design solutions grounded in user research. I produced sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups, led experiments to identify pain points in the dot com and sign-up experience, and worked with cross-functional teams to manage subscription experience through evolving designs.

Before UX, I brought operational rigor from roles including Process Analyst and Sanctions Compliance Analyst. At Accenture, I performed error trend analysis to identify root causes, supported quality improvement actions, and helped teams adopt better search features through shadowing sessions. Across both domains, I’m comfortable translating data into stakeholder-ready insights and best practices.
