What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote role where I can build customer education, enablement, training, and operational systems that make teams more effective.

I lead operations for M&B Hospitality’s ITA Italian Kitchen and Wing Bar JC, owning costs, revenue, compliance, and staff training across two concepts and 20 employees.

I built a nine-tab Excel cost-and-sales system that replaced manual reporting and surfaced roughly $2,800 in third-party billing and data-entry errors in its first two months. I also analyze delivery economics and created a direct-order conversion program through Toast.

I write the documentation teams rely on, including a New Jersey-compliant front-of-house handbook and progressive discipline standards. Previously, I ran front-of-house operations, scheduling, payroll, hiring, onboarding, service training, and private events at Passerine.

I also bring a creative production background from Half Bit Media, where I developed hospitality and real estate content strategies and managed production from brief through delivery. As a published illustrator and contracted copywriter, I create written, visual, and video content end to end.
