At the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), I engineered Power BI analytics using registration data from Oracle Service Cloud. The work demonstrated a 50% reduction in registration turnaround time, from 7 days to 3.5 days.
I also designed and optimized ETL pipelines and relational database models in SQL Server, and developed interactive dashboards for executive stakeholders and board members. At Airports Company South Africa (ACSA), I mapped IT business processes and supported testing and operational monitoring.
