What I'm looking for

I wish to put my skills to work in a Product Owner role to design high-performance, high-value products.

In my current B2B Product Manager role, I qualify partner agencies’ needs in Belgium and France and prepare and validate customer quotations for flights, hotels and transfers. I also check international data and pricing in the Pacific CRM and resolve technical and customer experience incidents.

In the pharma e-pharmacy sector, I trained two teams of 10 agents and managed service quality across France, Belgium and Switzerland. I audited customer interactions, reviewed NPS feedback and worked with the client on corrective action plans.

At Daher Technologies, I worked across quality, supply chain and logistics for Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia projects. For a NATO project, I executed acceptance testing covering 20 critical security and performance test cases for 70 SR 7750 routers, and managed the documentation and quality checks before shipment.

I bring experience in SAP WM, MM and SD, QA management and customer relations, and have trained in Agile product management. I’m looking to put that experience to work in a Product Owner role, translating business requirements into user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
