Previously, I worked in inside sales at Heppner Spedition GmbH & Co. KG, preparing offers for international customers and maintaining customer records in ORION. At Dachser SE, I processed sea freight and rail shipments to China and prepared export and customs documents.
I’m certified in export customs procedures through the IHK seminar completed in 2025. I also bring experience in customer service and complaint handling, and I speak German, English, French, and Arabic.
