I built Versity Blend end-to-end: a university social platform with authentication, posts, notifications, groups, real-time chat, file uploads, and automated elections.
I architected its multi-module NestJS backend on PostgreSQL and TypeORM, using WebSockets for JWT-authenticated messaging, database transactions for data integrity, Cloudinary uploads, Dockerized local environments, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
Before focusing on backend development, I spent over two years shipping React Native apps for rental, chauffeur booking, ride-hailing, and logistics use cases. I also built Firebase backend services from scratch, including Firestore data models, authentication, and real-time chat, and I’m extending my backend architecture knowledge through microservices with RabbitMQ and MongoDB.
