Zarshed Melikov

I’m a project manager working in Дубай, where I oversee construction projects with a strong focus on coordination, technical standards, and safe delivery. I bring practical experience handling drawings, construction schedules, and on-site reporting for execution quality.

In my current role as Supervisor at Ansora Construction & Design (Oct 2024–Present), I support project management through Координация проекта and Управление строительством, working with Техника безопасности в строительстве and Quality/HSE. I also handle Строительное черчение and Обмер выполненных строительных работ, while maintaining reliable timelines and quality controls.

Before construction, I gained cross-industry operational experience at Capital sweets LLC (Aug 2022–Jun 2024) as a Confectioner, strengthening time management, execution discipline, and process awareness. Earlier, as a Chief specialist in quality supervision at Samarkand state architectural and civil engineering university (Nov 2019–Jul 2022), I worked in auditing and quality control, including Надзорные функции and Контроль и качество.

I’ve also held leadership responsibilities in academia, including Deputy dean and Head of the youth union, where I developed problem-solving, conflict resolution, teamwork, and stakeholder communication. Across every role, my approach is consistent: organize work clearly, track progress, and protect standards—whether that’s HSE on-site or quality in education.
