I am an SAP/ERP Consultant with over 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining documentation, including business process flows and user manuals. My role involves conducting review and integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables before they are handed over to users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). I pride myself on my ability to resolve user and system issues in collaboration with third-party teams, ensuring a smooth operational flow.

In my previous role as a Technical Consultant, I supported a staff of 150, managing employee information and facilitating the end-of-month salary processes. I have been instrumental in ERP software implementation, addressing customer issues, and gathering new requirements for system upgrades. My commitment to user training and migration using DTW for SAP customers has been a key aspect of my work, alongside assisting with SAP forms and reports tailored to user requirements.
