What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead IT strategy, digital transformation, core banking or enterprise application delivery, and service operations where I can align technology, governance, vendors, and business requirements.

I've led IT operations and core business application delivery for BRAC Myanmar, Maha Agriculture, Myanma Awba Group, SQL View, and Sanofi-Aventis across Myanmar and Singapore.

At BRAC Myanmar, I managed microfinance ERP operations on AWS, API integration with mobile payment applications, financial and investor reporting, IT policies, and country-level strategic planning. At Maha Agriculture, I led the transformation and deployment of an integrated and centralized core banking system for microfinance operations.

My background spans software quality assurance, testing, business and requirements analysis, release and change control, IT service management, and vendor management. I work across SAP, CRM, data migration, SQL databases, Power BI, and web applications to align technology delivery with business needs.
