What I'm looking for

I seek entry-level healthcare or administrative roles where I can support patient/donor engagement, improve operations, apply communication and problem-solving skills, and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

I am a flexible, motivated health science graduate with a passion for growth and new challenges in fast-paced healthcare settings.

As a Family Engagement Intern, I encouraged families to stay connected with students, managed monthly newsletters, online forums and social media, and provided direct access for questions and concerns to improve engagement and satisfaction.

As a Donor Center Technician, I determined donor suitability through pre-donation medical screening, supported plasmapheresis setup and monitoring, coordinated with medical staff, and performed front-desk and administrative duties; I bring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
