I've built end-to-end AI systems for demand forecasting, inventory management, resource allocation, and operational decision-making as a Machine Learning and MLOps Engineer Intern in Quebec.
I designed and evaluated forecasting, inventory prediction, donor-analysis, and decision-support models with CatBoost, LightGBM, and XGBoost. I also developed reinforcement learning agents using PPO, SAC, and DreamerV3 within a digital-twin simulation environment.
I implemented MLOps workflows with MLflow and Feast, integrating models into Django and FastAPI services with REST and WebSocket interfaces. My deployment work includes Docker, PostgreSQL, Keycloak, and SonarQube.
