What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to leverage my multifaceted background to contribute to a dynamic operations team.

At Bukhosi Projects, I manage residential, mixed-use and commercial projects from initial client consultation through delivery and handover. I coordinate schedules, materials and on-site teams, with a focus on completing work within agreed time and budget.

For the Polokwane (Bendor Park) High-Density Residential Rental Development, I led architectural design directly with the client/developer and coordinated concept design, layout planning, statutory alignment and technical documentation with a Town Planner and Architect.

At Practical Designs, I managed corporate office designs, space optimizations and interior fit-outs from client briefing to physical execution. I prepared technical drawings and council submission packs, and coordinated project schedules, budgets and contractors.

Earlier, as Council Liaison at Artelia, I handled plan submissions and building permits with municipal authorities across Gauteng. As an Architectural Technologist, I also produced architectural drawings and 3D design proposals, and prepared building plan submission packs.
