I've supported high-acuity patient care at Carolinas Medical Center, a Level I Trauma center, providing procedural support alongside physicians during urgent bedside interventions. I help ensure equipment readiness, safe technique, and efficient clinical workflows while training staff on clinical technologies during care delivery.

At Empowe Rx, I deliver hands-on conference training for ED pharmacists, contributing to medication-safety education, curriculum design, and clinical adoption of medication best practices. I build productive relationships with pharmacists, nurses, physicians, and clinical leaders.

My nursing background includes acute care at Riverside Regional Medical Center and adult and pediatric ventilator- and tracheostomy-dependent care at Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital. I've precepted and mentored nurses, reinforced equipment and care-process best practices, and led daily operations as a charge nurse.

As FALL Committee Chair, I helped reduce monthly patient falls from 15 to 2 through targeted safety interventions and staff education. I also collaborate with medical device representatives, evaluate safety equipment, and co-lead workflow improvement initiatives that strengthen care delivery and staff performance.
