What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Staff-level role where I can be both a technical architect and a process innovator. I want to keep building scalable web apps, but also own the platform layer. I thrive on fixing bottlenecks across teams—whether driving micro-frontend architectures or using AI to automate Figma-to-Jira pipelines. I'm looking for a team that values a great developer experience.

I’m a Staff Software Engineer with 12 years of experience scaling frontend systems for enterprise SaaS. While I spend most of my time in React and TypeScript, I've never been afraid to cross over into Java or Python when the architecture demands it.

Throughout my career, I've always gravitated toward work that improves the underlying platform and developer experience. At Netskope, I owned the DEM micro-frontend and drove the adoption of Module Federation across six feature teams. At SAP, I helped bring AI into production-grade Java HCM workflows, specifically focusing on the evaluation harnesses that kept those systems reliable.

Lately, I’m obsessed with solving process bottlenecks using AI. For the last two years, my biggest focus has been pioneering Spec-Driven Development. Building AI pipelines that translate Figma designs directly into PRDs, Jira tickets, and technical docs. I believe in giving engineers their time back so they can focus on building, rather than just authoring specs

Owned the DEM enterprise monitoring micro-frontend UI within Netskope's Angular shell, including dashboards, alerts, UX scoring, and traceroute analysis, and covered the module on-call rotation. Drove a Module Federation migration to remove release coupling, introduced an AI-assisted spec pipeline to generate PRDs and test cases, and implemented API governance and integration playbooks to improve frontend-backend alignment.
