I am looking for a remote job.

Are you looking for someone who has professional experience in Customer Service support and a trained Executive Assistant? I got you!


I am a Customer Care representative since 2018 and I've had a few different campaigns handled. This includes handling phone support, chat support, and email management. I've been trained for a few upskilling sessions in another Line of Business and became a support for new hires as well. I can support inbound, outbound, chat, email, and other admin tasks you'll offer.


I have also experienced in Facebook Advertising which we're mainly supporting Facebook and Instagram. We're assisting clients who need help in their advertising account, creating ads, new accounts for advertising, payment, rejected ads, restricted Ads manager, connecting assets, and recommendations for achieving performing ads by the Tier 2 department.


On the other hand, I have experience in part experience time working in Admin Tasks for clients. This includes scheduling posts online for their Social Media Accounts, reviewing the posts if there are errors, checking the schedule of clients, dispatching products, event planning, and payments for subscriptions.
