I’m a customer-focused administrator with experience coordinating services for parents, teachers, and students, handling high-volume enquiries by phone and email while maintaining accurate records and online systems. I’m known for calm listening, clear next steps, and meticulous data capture in Outlook/Excel.

At American Lyceum International School (Pakistan), I worked as a Senior Administrator where I handled escalated inbound queries from parents and staff, logged issues, and followed through to resolution with clear expectations. I coordinated school activities across parents, teachers, and stakeholders, and built rapport with students to support positive behaviour and improved academic achievement.

Previously, as an IT Administrator, I maintained accurate fee records in Excel, updated data on the online portal, and produced error-free documentation. I also created and aligned worksheets and ensured the school’s online portal stayed up to date.

I bring a BSc in Computer Science and a current focus on digital and cyber security learning through Back2Work, with coursework spanning digital contact centre skills, IT support, networking, and data management and analytics. I enjoy training and coaching, and I support bilingual communication in Urdu and Punjabi to ensure people feel understood and supported.
