What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level mechanical engineering role where I can apply structural modelling, FEA/CFD, and load-combination analysis, while collaborating with experienced engineers on real, standards-driven projects and improving my design validation skills.

I’m a final-year Mechanical Engineering student with hands-on experience in structural analysis, system design, and FEA optimization. During my internship at GE Vernova, I modelled busbar systems and steel support structures in Rfem for a live substation project, performing engineering calculations in Excel to support IEC 60865 and BS EN 50341 compliance.

I also developed load combinations (wind, snow, and short-circuit cases) in Rfem to assess structural integrity, then produced calculation sheets and a technical report reviewed and approved by a senior engineer. I bring that same problem-solving approach into my projects—ranging from automated mechatronics (can crusher and educational robot) to Ansys-based structural optimization and CFD flow studies—supported by strong prototyping and 3D printing skills.
