Implement IFC Performance Standards and project ESIA/ESMP commitments by developing and implementing environmental and social monitoring plans, management plans, procedures, and compliance controls across open-pit mining activities. Developed and implemented Environmental and Social Management Plans and supported ESIA implementation for mining operations. Managed environmental monitoring programmes covering air quality, water, noise, vibration, heat stress, and radiation, and led stakeholder engagement and incident investigations.

Conducted environmental baseline assessments, field monitoring, and compliance inspections for mining activities. Supported environmental reporting, audits, mitigation measures, and rehabilitation activities.

Supported contractor compliance, operational inspections, incident investigations, and corrective-action tracking. Participated in audits, risk assessments, and management-system implementation.

Conducted community and environmental health inspections and supported public awareness programmes. Compiled inspection findings and reports and supported follow-up of community environmental health issues.

MSc in Environmental Systems Engineering from the University of Zimbabwe, completed in 2024.

Completed OSHEMAC training from NSSA in 2020.
